Why is my age not being verified correctly?

I want to buy a Starterpack at Fortnite but have to confirm my old Sony and have done so many times. Only now, unfortunately, the problem is constantly the message that my age can't be verified when I enter my ID card data. I've done that many times before, but now it's not working anymore. My ID has not expired, is that Sony or do I have to do something?
