I just want to know how much mbit / s Fortnite needs.
Many say that it has to do with the ping, and this value is 16-20ms for me

Ping has nothing to do with speed
And you won't get great results under a 16ms ping

Ping and speed are not necessarily dependent on each other. Can have a super ping even with a lame line. 15-20ms is completely ok.
Fortnite and actually every game primarily need a good, i.e. The lowest possible ping. This is the delay in game information updates, measured in milliseconds, based on the connection to the server.
The data traffic of multiplayer games is extremely low. Just a few (dozen) kilobytes per second cover all the necessary information. You could still play wonderfully with a few hundred kb / s without noticeable restrictions.
A solid download speed is only required when downloading questionable games or updates for them.
That's their opinion, there are many who like it.
Ping is just the delay for the signal.
even if you have 1000MB / s with fiber optics, we would have 200 ping + to the server in japan as an example.
don't need a lot of line, but I would recommend 3mb / s so that it is smooth but 1mb / s is enough, I think.
