Well, there are a lot of things that improve the ping, but probably it's just the internet connection.
You could use a shorter cable if possible. Otherwise, look at the little to no programs occupy the line.
Unfortunately, I can't take a shorter one and I disconnect all non-important devices from the Internet while gaming and only Fn starts when the PC is started.
Yes, if nothing else blocks the line, it is either on the pc on the cable on the router or on the FN server
Either way, you will hardly be able to improve the ping. I also don't know what the standard pings are for fn. It could also be that it is completely normal.
The thing is a friend of mine who lives in Berlin has a 7 ping and has no better line.
