Fortnite ping laggs despite 100k line?

I recently noticed that I have a very unstable ping in Fortnite. Normally this is always at 20-25 but lately it has collapsed very quickly and this has resulted in ingame laggs. I've already researched a lot about it, but I just can't find a solution to my problem, it's very pensive and I think that with a 100k line you can expect to play games without internet restrictions

Bandwidth! = Good ping.

Use another server or ask the provider whether there's a fault there that might affect your ping.

Well, the 100k is your bandwidth, the ping can be seen independently.

No matter how much bandwidth you have, the ping can still be bad.

If your internet traffic has to go over 1000 hops, it will take a long time.

Possibly you can run a tracert and see where "the time lies".

If the worst comes to the worst, your traffic will be routed around somewhere and will then take a lot of time. There's not much you can do about that.
If you find out with the tracert that your local network is the problem, then you can of course make changes (no Wi-Fi, for example, no Wi-Fi repeater).

I have already performed a tracert, but unfortunately I can't do anything with the values.

I also did a speed test and there was nothing to see from laggs.

Mo

Well then it's your ultimate connection to the Fortnite server.

If you have a super ping in the direction of the SpeedTestServer, then it is probably not due to your connection at home.

And when it comes to routing on the Internet, you can't do anything.
Do you know where the Fortnite servers are? Frankfurt? Or even abroad?

Do you know if friends from see the same ping times?
