Fortnite voice chat microphone sometimes breaks?

I think my sensitivity of the microphone is set too high but where can you set it or do you know how to solve it Thanks in advance

You type in the Windows search bar "Sound", then you go to the "Recording" tab. There you go to the microphone you are using for Fortnite and then click on Properties. The sensitivity should be under the 2nd tab.
