Ah youtubers are usually only on clicks and are lazy to do something really good there are so few good guide videos.

Before you make your first round, I would adjust under Settings as it is most comfortable for you to play. Maybe also train with friends in Spielwiese and in between Fortnite Streams look. With that you would have to make one or the other kill after one or more weeks.
