Good ping but red cross in Fortnite?

I have a 500k line and a Vodafone router, I'm connected via LAN I have a good ping (0-30) but I have the red Internet cross in Fortnite. Can someone help me there or is there a PC app where I can control how much Internet is currently being used for what, e.g. The fact that all the Internet that is currently coming through LAN is only used for Fortnite etc?
