Fortnite - players float?

I've seen it a couple of times on Fortnite that players "float" or slide, so they don't actually run, their legs don't move either, but they "float" ahead. Is that a bug or are they cheating? 🤔

This is a bug, the cheating / hacking does not bring you any advantage and it is not up to you but the servers

I consider it unlikely that the players are cheating, I suspect that it is due to your or the players' internet connection. The servers may also have problems right now.

If necessary, restart your wireless router or try again tomorrow and see whether the problem still exists.
