Can I fix this somehow?

My buddies instigated me with AppCake to install Fortnite through an IPA file, but when I start the FortniteLauncher and want to load the 4GB data and it reaches, for example, 1.5% then it jumps back to 0.4%, I can somehow repair it? I would be happy about any reply!
