Why is my ping currently so bad in fortnite?

Have a 500ping permanently. But speed tests show that I actually have a 20 ping. What is the problem?

It depends when you gamble in creative it is mostly normal that this is the case when you are solo and that happens often I would watch out for Wi-Fi, it could be that something is damaged but it always goes away after a while
