There's no relationship between one and the other. Your description, you probably play over Wi-Fi. If you have the money and the opportunity, try using D-Lan or a LAN connection.

That is NOT s.PC. I myself am writing from an approximately 13-year-old HP Elitebook 17 inches. The internet just floats. Since I live in Denmark I have fiber to the house. I'm watching TV over Wi-Fi (4k resolution), By the way Youtube videos on the PC and now you write at the same time, no problem.
Your internet connection is just really bad.
