I personally can gamble as much as I want. (Not a Fortnite fan!), But my teacher eg. Has a son who is allowed 15min during the week and 30min on the weekend.
Depends on the children and the age. At 16, I find that no longer useful, so to 14 already.

If I had children who say we're 13 I would, as far as school goes okay, one hour during the week okay as long as they pursue other hobbies. At the weekend, kids should learn to manage their free time in their own age, so I would probably just talk in it if they just gamble permanently, neglecting things for that or getting them noticed.

Depending on the age, academic performance and duration of the child's PC hangs when there's no limit makes sense.
We were allowed to do the homework, the usual duties in the household and if we had practiced until a maximum of 20, later 21 clock to the PC. Depending on the time that was 4 hours and sometimes only a few minutes. We had to pay the internet time ourselves, at that time there was no flatrate.
