Headset not working properly?

My headset is having some problems.

And although I played Fortnite as normal, then I left the game and when I wanted to hear something else, e.g. Music, it didn't work, but when I went back into Fortnite, the sound was normal, what do I have to do?

Do you have a bluetooth headset or a wired headset?
