How can I switch to the channel (Fortnite)?

I haven't changed anything who can help me how I can write messages again

Press "switch."

On PS4 it should be Tan (i.e. The friends list), then you go to the voice channel (just believe R1) and you can maybe set that there.
But that's just a rough guess
