Can the mini bosses move in Fortnite?

So to my question: I recently saw sore muscles in a small house next to Frenzy Farm and also eliminated them. Then I got his mythical weapon and the key card, but you can only see sore muscles and other bosses at their sites, i.e. Sore muscles: the yacht, Midas: the agency, etc. How can it be that I find sore muscles near frenzy farm? Can the bosses walk and move to other places when the storm hits them?
