Fortnite voice chat not working?

I have the problem that I can't hear my teammates in Fortnite and I can't speak myself. I tried turning the voice chat on and off, also reset the settings and used a different headset, but it still doesn't work.

Do you play with friends or random people? Maybe you have the wrong game or group

Maybe you have the wrong headset or something… I play on X-Box and not every headset works, otherwise I can't help you
