My PC hangs when I use e.g. Discord or Opera
Task manager is everything at 20-30%
Strangely, games like Fortnite go with 240 fps normal Gta, I also get a constant 70 fps
What could that be?
What about the hard drive? Is it probably full or is it heavily used / is the utilization of it high. Often attached to it.
Possibly an error in the two programs, uninstall them. Otherwise I really can't imagine anything, because games usually use the whole pc (cpu, gpu, ram) and opera or discord especially cpu and a little ram. I personally therefore assume a software error, Discord offers a "debugging mode", in which the game files are scanned, with Opera I have no idea.
I used 150 GB of 1TB there shouldn't be a problem
I have already reset it 2 times and reinstalled everything nothing brings anything

Where are the programs on it?

On the ssd, 125 GB is free from 222 GB
So with Discord I would turn out hardware acceleration.
