I can play Fortnite on my PC with an average of 150 FPS.
But sometimes FPS drops come from 150 to 60 or even 40.
Can it be because I use an HDD?
Do you think if I install an SDD and install Fortnite on it I have more stable FPS. So only drops to 90 or something?

i7_4770 4x 3.40GHz
2x 8GB DDR3 Hyperx Blu
Nvidia GTX 1050Ti Cerberus 4GB VRAM
3TB Seagate HDD

The parts are called SSD, for Solid State Drive, and Fortnite probably fails because of the middle class graphics card.
You're actually still good at it, the GTX 1050 is on average at 83FPS, according to Userbenchmark.

No, the HDD only gives you longer loading times. Look if there's a good airflow in your case and that all fans work and your components do not overheat, because that gives large frame drops. You also have to see if your ram is running in the dual channel and you should switch to ddr4 ram soon. The CPU is also a bit older, but should still be enough for Fortnite.
