Fortnite Fps stability?

Are the 60 FPS stable with an i pad mini 5? Are they stable enough when you play e.g. At zone wars or tournaments that you don't have around 40 fps for a short time? So I want an i pad where the 60 fps are very stable an i pad per what has 120 fps is too expensive.

So zone wars you could play calmly I think there are also a lot of ps4 players who also have 60fps.

Actually my question is whether the i pad mini 5 can withstand the fps at 60?
