I bought a used PC for ebay ads, and then downloaded games like Fortnite and Apex Legends. Unfortunately the PC freezes every 2 rounds in the middle of the game and has to re-start the game (sometimes I do not have to restart it but just close the game). Can someone please tell me why this could be?
The CPU and GPU are not even 80% busy.
Pc component are:
Fx 6350, 16gb Ram and gtx 780 3gb vram.
Next question. Maybe the PC was also sold because of a hardware defect ;-)

Have you already tried shutting down the settings and checked if the temperatures are in the frame?
I hope it is not broken ☹. I paid over 350 euro for it as the PC was not cheap.
Temperature of CPU is max at 50. With GPU it lies with 81 degrees so. But is not 80 degrees normal for GPU when it is 80/90% busy?
80 degrees are already very close to the limit, more than 85 I would not expect even the latest maps over a long time.
