In the settings in Fortnite, the limit is 30 fps. You can't set that to 60 fps, because the performance of your mobile phone is not enough for 60 fps!

Not meant bad but your phone is "nothing special"! It's a normal cell phone, which does not have much power. 60 fps for Fortnite Mobile goes for the S10 and Note10 from Samsung! There are VERY LITTLE cell phones that can do 60 fps Fortnite!

These Android devices and the newer versions of them support 60FPS. The S9 / + can't do it because the iGPU is just too bad.
