Get more fps in Fortnite? - 1

I wanted to ask how to get more GPS in Fortnite. I have already watched all Youtube videos but still I have no stable result. In the lobby I have 120 fps (little) in the Windows setting I optimized everything and all. There I play on minimal settings. My GPU: Gtx 1060 3GB CPU: AMD FX-8150 eight core
