I have put together a PC where I will do streaming & gaming & editing. But I wanted to ask if you can get the Fortnite 240 FPS in epic settings.

Water cooling: I forgot to mention that I use a H115 Corsair water cooling.

CL18 is very slow for DDR4-3600.

The 10900X with X299 board is not worth it, you'd better take a 10900K on Z490 or an R9 3950X with X570 / B550.

The graphics card is good, but the successor will come out soon.

You lack a suitable cooler.

Maybe 32GB RAM, if you kept the CPU you would have quad-channel.

Well for quad channel and video editing I would rather use 32GB. (the 16gb is enough for gaming)

is net n Ryzen worth more?

And install a clever cooling… The Intel are real hot heads.

Why the 10900x? The 10900k is significantly better in gaming, and you will probably not achieve permanent 240FPS in FHD and epic settings, it will drop down to 190FPS

Ch

Intel's X-series is bad for gaming and the 10900X is also worse than the 10900K when it comes to rendering and is even more expensive. The only advantage of com 10900X is that it is available.

So either you are waiting for the i9-10850K or you are taking the i7-10700K. You won't really miss the two cores if you're not just working on 4K projects with massive effects and over half an hour in length. Then a Z490 mainboard, a CPU cooler and a better and quieter power supply, the be quiet Straight Power 11 is ideal. And more memory, the tired terabyte quickly fills up if you install three games and then save gameplay.
