In Fortnite FPS drops despite good hardware?

Hey guys since today in Fortnite I have blatant frame drops every now and then so 1-50 fps. I have the limitation to 140 and graphics drivers and all other drivers have been checked for updates. The GPU utilization is always over 85% and the CPU utilization at about 10-20%. The temperatures are between 50 and 70 degrees and Ram is too not full. Can someone please help it is abnormally annoying to play like this. I also wanted to ask if it is possible to adjust the CPU load.

Tuf b450 pro gaming

Rx 590 nitro +

Ryzen 7 2700x

Install Fortnite in Garbage Kick and Minecraft or other normal game! So it is less! Your pc just wants to protect you
