This is due to your slow RAM and try to overclock your RAM because that is really lame for your CPU because your CPU lives very fast RAM that means overclocking your RAM to at least 2933mhz so no fear of breaking it can be very unlikely and I would also recommend you to overclock the 1700 times because it may also be due to the fact that maybe a core constantly abuts its 100% and then suddenly jerky and then back to normal then one speaks of Bottleneck!
