What Cpu and graphics card for Fortnite with low settings to 240fps?

I'm looking for the perfect Combi between graphics card and processor to be able to play fortnite at 240fps. I have a budget of 400Euro for both and already have an Am4 motherboard. So I would need a suitable processo.

You need only a graphics card and a processor or even RAM, housing, power supply and hard drive.

Otherwise, the budget would be an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 with RX 590 possible. Or a GTX 1660Ti and as a processor of the AMD Ryzen 5 2600.

Very slow for Ryzen. Would recommend at least 3200mhz to 3600mhz

The 2600 has some bad single core performance and it needs a lot of fps here

I would not recommend the 2600 here, since the FS here would like to set clearly on FPS.
