Fortnite lays despite good hardware?

I recently bought a PC with the following specs:

AMD ryzen 5 1600x

GTX 960 Palit 4gb

4gb ram 3000mhz eudar

650 watts be quiet power supply

2tb hard drive from Seagate

After the update of fortnite I'm forced to play natively, that means 1920x1080 or similar, I play on the lowest settings. In creative mode, I reach 270 to 320 fps. Now the problem, if I play solo or general public games, it comes to very blatant fps drops when shooting and running around it is no longer playable.

You need more RAM. At least 8GB are required for gaming today. But should be 16GB.
