Moin as described in the title, my CPU and GPU is not fully utilized while the RAM is 70-80% full. In other people I saw that the FPS e.g. In Fortnite up to 240 FPS while I only keep it 100-110.

You shouldn't have any problems with Fortnite so just ignore the FPS. Turn off the display and you no longer have to worry.
You only get 120 FPS with the specs in fortnite? Then there's definitely something wrong… What are your GPU and CPU temperatures like?
With the GPU it was 45-60 degrees and with the cpu I don't know exactly, I guess around 50-60 degrees

I play on low settings and 3D resolution at 100% I have already tried on 80-90% but it makes little difference

Yes, with R6S I get exactly the same values and in CS: GO 150-200
Have just experimented again in the Amd Radeon program and now get 144 avg in creative but often go below 100fps
As you can see here you should get 160 FPS on ultra in fortnite…
I saw it too. I think it's because of the Ram that I can only do 90-150FPS
