Frametime drops?

I have a problem with my MSI RTX 2080 Gaming X Trio and my Intel Core i7 8700K.

I have in games Frametime Drops:

When I go to Fortnite for example Games, then often come Miniruckler, annoying. If I then read about MSI Afterburner the values, then I see that the graph frametimes ausschlägt.

The FPS, capacity, clock, … Everything stays in the green.

Likewise, my framtimes fluctuate heavily, 2 ms up - down.

I've already tried everything, I think it's not a hardware defect.

Does anyone have a solution?

I know too well… I've deactivated eg nvidia highlights where the game is recorded and then you can watch your kills… Or Got vsync enabled then everything works fine
