Problem with the graphics card or?

This is my hardware now I have the problem that when I play a game like Apex Legends, Fortnite or Spellbreak my Fps sink eerily.

If I then set the resolution (synonymous 3D Resolution) down you go.

That's no problem… Your graphics card just does not create today's TopNotch requirements. A 2k resolution tugs eerily, especially on older Grakas.

So you can't fix your "problem". There will sooner or later ne new ago. But do not just buy a new graka, but also check that your processor does not become a bottleneck.

What about a GTX 1060 which is good for today's requirements

Your resolution is far too high. The 960 is designed for Full HD (1920x1080). On the resolution you will actually be able to play everything without problems. But not with your current resolution.
