I have a PC with: Turbo Desktop Computer | Intel i5-10400 HexaCore 12-Threads 6X 4.30Ghz | 4K UHD Graphics 630 | 16GB RAM | 256GB SSD + 1TB | HDMI | USB 3.1 | WLAN | Win10 Pro | Office2019
but only 40 fps in fortnite. Can somebody help me? E.g. What can I upgrade or something?

btw. The pc cost $ 600.

Ca

Buy a graphics card. For example (depending on your budget) the gtx 1660 super etc. But rather name a budget, i.e. What you still want to spend.

Ve

The graphics card is far too weak. https://www.notebookcheck.com/...918.0.html

Isn't the 4K UHD Graphics 630 a graphics card?

Sc

It's no wonder without a dedicated graphics card. The UHD630 is just a relatively poor integrated graphics chip.

Can you still send it back? For 600 euro you can get one with a graphics card.

Otherwise you can retrofit a graphics card. But for this you also need a suitable power supply and it is not exactly cheap.

Can tell you exactly what's wrong. The bad graphics unit. It's really bad. You can be happy that you have a reasonably decent processor. Incidentally, it has 6x2.9GHz.

Why doesn't your PC have a dedicated graphics card?

Te

No, it is a graphics unit. Plus an EXTREMELY bad one.

Ex

No, this is the integrated graphics unit of the processor.

Ca

Shoot me at the other. There should be a huge difference with a graphics card

Di

4K UHD graphics 630

The part is not a real graphics card but an iGPU that is integrated in the processor. This is one of the weakest things there's. So you need a real graphics card.

I should rather send the pc back and buy a better one for the price

Here everything about the PC: https://www.amazon.de/...086V2MG3B/

Is it better to buy a new one?

Ly

Yes, in any case

Ca

Well, a new graphics card should be enough. Of course you can also return the PC if still possible. (14 days right of withdrawal)

Ca

Unfortunately, that would be pretty much deducted, because even 500 euro PCs have a much better graphics card / graphics unit. So I'd rather give it back if possible. And if it has to be a finished pc, I would look at hardware advice.
