Hey would like to play Fortnite but my pc has 144 hz and my monitor has 75 hz. Can he still manage around 100 fps?

Your video screen or the output of the graphics card does not determine how much FPS your computer can do.
Several factors play a role here, especially the graphics card.
Do you measure in the game how many FPS your graphics card can manage when you switch VSYNC off?
If you get well over 75 FPS, then you should buy a 144 Hz monitor.
Otherwise all FPS will end up in the trash if the monitor only manages 75 … And that would be a shame… 😊
So i currently have a 60 hz pc. If I buy a new one with e.g. 100 Hz and a decent graphics card, can I get good fps?
Your computer has no Hz specification.
The connection of the graphics card or its specification determines how much your computer can output.
There's no 60hz PC.
