Why don't you save a little longer? For 850-900 euro you can get something really good.
500-600 are simply not enough, especially if you want to use the PC for more than 1.2 years.

I made the effort to put together a solid gaming PC (from the parts) for you. If your PC has something like that in parts, HD 240 FPS should even be possible.

Due to the high price of graphics cards, you probably won't get 240FPS on a new PC.
