I followed the linked video and then deleted everything because it didn't work. However, in some games, especially in Fortnite and GTA, I have large FPS drops when I turn my field of view or move my mouse. To be honest, I have no idea about all of the files I downloaded there. That's why I'm asking here.

If you've followed the very first step, it's not a problem.
Simply reset Windows to the restore point you created before. This is exactly what you do for such cases
Never download untrustworthy files from third parties! All that remains is to jump back to a restore point or (if not available) to set up the PC again.

Then you go through every setting you made and set it to where it was before.
If it is a virus or something, you can run Malwarebytes over it
And update your graphics driver
I've already reset everything and the graphics card drivers are also up to date. It's not a virus either. Just have FPS drops when I turn.
