CPU Is always 100% busy while gaming i7 9700k what should you do?

I have an i7 9700k and an rtx 2070super built into my gaming PC and have strong fps drops in Fortnite (60-130) etc. I have noticed that my CPU is always 100% exhausted when I gamble and the program does a stress test MSI Afterburner ran at 100 degrees.

If someone has an idea how I can fix the strong fps drops, I would be happy to hear from you.
