How can I pause Fortnite in the background?

If I run Fortnite in the background, my graphics card will still be loaded as if I were playing it and the fans will become louder because the system heats up. How can I pause Fortnite and automatically let it work graphically to a minimum in the background?

I doubt that will work. And a 2080S with an R5 1600 is rather yes. The 1600 is ideal for the 2080S. But it's good that you go on the 3600, that's enough.
