Rocket League should work. I have a GTX 1070 and get over 200 FPS. I do not know about Fortnite
Fortnite on highest settings with 144fps you can forget. On means you should reach 144fps.
In Bo4 you probably will not even reach 144fps on low settings.

Stand high, limit the graphics card. If you set it too low, it limits the CPU.
I would take medium settings at FullHD. But min 144 frames is running out.
The same with the other games.
