Pc lag after intel graphics card driver update?

Today I updated my graphics driver from intel. Then gone to fortnite. Suddenly jerks. It jerks every 3 seconds. What should I do? An intel core i5 2800 is installed and the graphics card is an intel uhd 360.

What you have there's not a graphics card, but an onboard graphics of your CPU. And it is not at all suitable for gaming. I'm not surprised that you get jerks, the IGPU is simply too weak for that. Have to try down settings. Should help a little. In a pinch, just use the previous driver if it was better there.
