Fortnite Streaming Input Delay?

If I want to start a live stream with OBS and then go to Fortnite I have an input delay which makes it impossible to play well. This is only in Fortnite so can anyone help me?

Do you have a 144hz monitor? Sometimes OBS puts him down.
Otherwise I would try to spot Geforce Experience (if you have it).
You can also try using a different encoder

I have a 120Hz monitor with the Geforce Experience turned off, it was less but still there
