In the title there's an FX 4100 with a Gtx 1060 (too bad GPU)
In the color it is a Ryzen APU Pc (too little RAM)

Well, the pc only has an APU and no graphics card, so that could be difficult
You generally don't buy Pcs on Amazon, you can tell on the side: an Fx in the title, a ryzen apu in the description and an i3 6100 in the technical details.
I recommend you if you really want it then look for the individual components and first see if you could assemble it yourself for half the price mostly finished pcs are not good and also not cheap.
Would take 3400g with the linked pc. He thinks he had the better igpu

The 1060 gpu is the best thing about the computer, although it is only the 3gb version, the problem is clearly the processor
At least I don't know if you can get it as I understood that you only get an APU
