That fits so far. However, I would definitely build an HDD as a data grave and the water cooling would replace me with a decent air cooler. Ordinary air coolers are cheaper, some better than a water cooling and the air flow your RAM and the voltage converter is still properly cooled. Water cooling is overhyped.
Take a look at the colleagues:
Yes, that fits. An Intel processor might be better for Minecraft due to the high single-core performance, but as long as you're not playing LITW Modpack, that's fine.
The water cooling is unnecessary, but it's probably about the design.
However, take a clever power supply in such a PC, I would take a 550W Bequiet Straight Power 11.
Then I would always put on a combination of 2 hard drives, because otherwise you vollvoll your system. As a system disk I would take a Samsung 970 EVO m.2 nvme SSD at the budget, 2nd hard drive as you want.
Why not Intel? Clearly better choice.
I would like to have a RGB fan
Which Intel?
Well, that depends, if something in the direction of i7 8700k or 9700k. But that'll make you lose some 100 euro more, so I'll stay with Ryzen. For your games more than adequate!
But definitely swap the power supply!
With the fan I've linked you can easily turn off other fans. Say you can then just get 2 RGB fan and mount the fan instead of the 2 standard black fans. They are only attached with 2 brackets on the cooling block.
I want to play MC with Shader, Texture Pack and over 500 FPS, is that the red?
Ryzen
Well with about 200 FPS
What do you have for a monitor? So 500fps you can forget, constant 144fps but should be in any case.
Had the ASUS ROG Strix XG27VQ
Okay WQHD and 144 Hz are already demanding, but should not be a problem in Minecraft. Fortnite also runs at 144fps.
