What can you do against a bad ping?

I play on my pc fortnite and also play with lankanel and never had ping problme (always between 5 and 25). For 2 days now but especially in online games from time to time a very bad ping so synonymous 200 times. I have no interntprobleme with all other applications

Lankanele are the largest in Egypt's north-western Sahara and transport data daily between Cairo and the CIA headquarters, "pyramit" back and forth, weighing in at about 300 kilograms, making them very slow.

Ne fun check times with programs as it is there and if there's the same problem, put the PC somewhere else and look if it is still like this

So it is only when playing so and where else I can't put the pc
