What are the advantages and disadvantages of it?

Runs more fluently, but looks worse

Benefits:
They get the "cell phone graphics" and thus usually a very good performance boost because a PC is far better than a cell phone (in the normal case).
Disadvantage:
The graphics look very bad.

If you have a lower ping and a lower input delay than in creative mode. So that you play better?

I already have a constant 144 fps. But could it lead to the fact that I play better because of the performance mode or does it make no sense to turn it on in my case?

Well then it is rather worse… Also restricts the view, so aiming is likely to be restricted.
