Fortnite reload vbucks not possible?

There's a function in Fortnite that if you have too little 100vbucks you don't have to charge 1000 but 100. However, this is not displayed to me. Why? Play on the Ps4

Delete the game and don't give any more money for something aks that is a bad game game wot wt or battelfield or cod they have much better graphics
