Has my brother become addicted?

My brother is 15 years old. And plays daily (hourly) Fortnite. Yesterday he played from 21:30 to half past 5 in the morning. And most of the time he plays about 5 hours a day if not more hours. And he sits very close to the TV (which is not good for the eyes?) Is he addicted? How can you get rid of the addiction or what can you do in general? LG thank you in advance!
