Ffortnite packs up after a while?

And since the last update I have a lot of problems including fps drops, why fortnite packs with me when I'm creatively 30min inside, and in battle royal even when I'm inside the match longer than 25min then packs the game and I sometimes get 46 fps when it spits, before that 240 fps without problems. And when I start a new round I have no problems until a round lasts 25 minutes. The question is whether it is due to my pc or not have an i5 9400f 16gb frame processor and an rtx 2060 super 6gb frame

Heat problems? Fps drops are currently normal. Or I'm annoying wait until the new season.
