I've only been playing Fortnite for a few days and started using it on my iPad Mini. Admittedly, the controls on the iPad were a bit complicated at the beginning, but now I'm pretty good at it and just can't imagine playing on a computer.
What do you find easier - smartphone / tablet or PC?
I find pc easier. You also have more power and can play many other games.
It works much better with the mouse than on the small screen where you constantly push and can't control so precisely.
If you want to play for a long time then I recommend the PC.
I played on the I-Pad myself. Changing the HUD layout makes it much easier to play. There are also people who play with 5-7 fingers.
If you are already used to your I-Pad, keep playing. But keep in mind that even if you become a very good I-Pad player, you have little chance against a solid PC player.
