V-Sync fps too little?

I have a benq monitor with 144 Hz and 1 ms response time

however, the fps value is set to 60 fps for all games like warzone or fortnite.

Only if the computer achieves more than 144 fps and you have set v-sync to 144, if that is possible. Otherwise, it is a constant 60 fps, which is enough.

What hardware? If it's always at 60fps, you've got something limited.
