Fortnite strong FPS drops despite a good PC?

I have a problem with Fortnite, my settings are Epic, RTX off, and I play in a resolution of 1920x1080

I have an average of 160 FPS and after almost every 5 seconds there are strong fps drops and the game becomes very unplayable, is it perhaps because of DX12?

AMD Ryzen 7 3700x

I know myself, but if you have a very high pin the game is extremely jerky. A pin over 100 in online multiplayer creates a lot of problems. Otherwise turn your graphics settings down more, fortine is a game anyway that has nothing to offer in the area of graphics, so it doesn't do it when the graphics are set to low.
