Hello and indeed I have a problem with Vsync at Fortnite. Actually, I want to turn off VSync, so I can play without FPS limitation. But when I turn it off, I hear a weird hum or beep in my headphones all the time. That's why I have to start it and can only play with 60FPS otherwise I would have around 200. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
To make it clear: EVERY card is bleeping! The question is only from which FPS and how loud!
You can try to figure out from which FPS starts the whistle and limit the FPS below. Then haste on.k.a. 150 FPS limit instead of 60 from the Vsync… Depending on how the map is running.
The next on what I can limit the FPS is 120 and then it starts to whine -.- That means I can only play now with 60 FPS and can't change anything?
Fiepen at 120 is already unfavorable, that is true. You can google for your card and Spulenfiepen, maybe there's a tip. Or you hardly read anything from the card… Then you could possibly think about a bargain.
The thing is: Feeling may disturb, but it does not hurt. The card is not defective or has less power, she just bleeps a bit. Therefore, none will accept this as a defect.
